The issue num. (41) was published from the monthly magazine Tawasul of CMC and it’s under the supervision of Dr. Burhan Shawi and Editor-in-chief Shaker Al-Anbari, carrying as usual many and various sections, including the activities and news of the Commission, media, culture, art, and communications, in addition to other sections. The speech of Editor-in-chief was under the headline (the balance of the media message), as he stressed the necessity of the media’s enjoyment in balance quality within the narrow margin that separating the criticism and incitement, and between freedom and disorder, for being important equation obliged the author to stand then aiming to ensure the safety of the country and its people, in the absence of stability of the situations in general.
The section of (media) contained many articles (press between ignorance and culture) for  the writer Mohy al-Masoudi, who pointed out to the expected result of the general disorder which allowed those who wants to enter the field of media without any controls, as  the modernity of the experience and the lack of professionalism and expertise and the absence of journalistic culture in this field, had a negative effect, which led to the emergence of defects and mistakes in the form and functions of the media and its impacts that he considered it fatal. Other item within the same section, there was an article of the author Najah Al-Ali, under the title (the impact of the financial revenue on the professionalism of press work), and an article for the writer Suheil Yassin, under the title (the global media ... channel of absent communications), and another for Saad Al-Kassab under the title (Biography of media: the consumer has become anonymous mediator to the commodity). Either in the section (Art & Culture), it published the third episode of the article (the story of cinema in Iraq ... a century of dreams and pitfalls) for Dr. Irada Al-Jubouri, which monitored almost a century of the dream of Iraqi cinema, starting from the establishment years and passing through the serious projects, that left an imprint in the reality of Iraqi culture in general, and after such employment which prejudicial to the cinema in politics, especially in the beginning of the eighties of the last century.

Other items within the same section was (what prompt on optimism in Baghdad) for the writer Yaseen Al-Naseer, (Culture and acculturation) to the writer Zeki Al-Wardi, (reading in America ... regression excites concern and serious debate) translated by Adil Al-Amil. In the section of dialogues with the novelist and media Zuhair Al-Jaza’ery about his media and cultural experience and he had been dialoged and Interviewed in Arbil by the writer Jamal Kareem. And for the section of (Communications) an article had been published under the title (Information and Communications revolution and the era of globalization) to the writer Thamer Kamel Mohammed, and the second was entitled (e-management between the current situation and implementation requirements) to the researcher Wiqar Ali Zine El-Abidine, while the other article it was under the title (distinguish by using the International symbol of Iraq (iq) within the World Wide Web) Prepared by: Rana Mawlood. While the last article under the title (lines in the memory of the Internet) it is a translation from English by Mortatha Salah.
Also there were other items in the section of (celebrities) and section of (Books) and the section of (reports), which included a monthly report of voice consumer, which tabulates the complaints of citizens in the report that monitoring a specific period, and the report of this issue for the period from (1 - 31/3/2010), as well as the section of (space) as well as the section of (techniques) which is prepared by the editor’s secretary Jabir Abd Al-Amir. And the last section of the magazine came under the title (out the content) carried an article under the title (there’s who does not understand the message) by The Manager-Editor Wameeth Ihsan, as he considered the simplicity in dealing with people is the most beautiful qualities that the person may acquired, and mentioned that such capacity exists inside everyone, but not all people are able to take advantage from it. He likened such capacity to beneficial bacteria inside the human body, which doesn’t show its effects only in the case of the availability of a suitable environment working on waking it.
