Held on the morning of Thursday 18.3.2010 at the headquarter of the CMC a meeting with the Korek company, attended by Dr. Burhan Shawi the CEO of the Commission and Dr. Safa'a Al-Din Rabie'e the chief of the Trustees Council and Dr. Sirkawt Namiq and the Eng. Ahmed Al-Omary a member of the Trustees Council and a number of officials of the technique administrations in the Commission, while the Korek Company was headed by Mr. Fadil Altoosy.

And Dr. Shawi welcomed the legation of the company and talked about the importance of holding such this meetings and negotiation about the problems which forced the consumer for solving it and reach to the best services, also a confirmation had done about the necessity of the performance of the company to discharge its materialism obligations, and that after the issuance of the Ministries Council's decision of installment the amount which imposed on the company, with the notice of the importance of working on improving the company services in the next year from the period of the installment as a condition on its continuing till the remainder years.
Dr. Shawi confirmed that the company should oblige with the conditions of the license which required the continuance on developing infrastructure of the technical demands that the company work in it, and the expansion in producing its services in all the Iraqi provinces.
On the other hand the head of the Korek Company's legation confirmed that its services expanded to cover all provinces, and the company is about to improving its services in active form with its readiness to discharge all its financial obligations to the commission, and its resolution on changing the purchasing price of buying the Charge Card from the Dollar to the Iraqi Dinar, and counting the cost of the calls according to the seconds at the time approved by the commission.
And about the problems faced by mobile phone companies on the disturbance that affects on its services, Dr. Safaa Al-Din Rabie'e confirmed that the Commission continues its efforts to solve these problems, and what caused by some unlicensed entities in this field and accounting them gradually.
At the end of the meeting, the Chairman of Korek Company delegation thanked the Commission for the productive cooperation to serve the citizens in all parts of Iraq.
