A meeting between CMC and Iraq tell Company

The CMC held on Tuesday 27.4.2010 a meeting with Iraq tell company for communications, and it was attended by the CEO of the Commission, and the Manager of the Legal Department and the Manager of the Financial Department, the Representative of the managing and organizing the frequency spectrum Department in the Commission. Also the CEO of the Iraq tell Company Dr. Fawzy Allamy.
And the attendance had discussed the legal situation of the Iraq tell Company and about the performance of the Commission of suspending its license which granted to them by CMC, as a result of  non-obligation of that Company to the contract conditions, as also a discussion had been performed of the most important possible means to solve that problem between the two parties as the Commission suggested to the Iraq tell Company to give the opinions and the suitable solutions for that according to the Company’s viewpoint, in order to correct its legal situation in front of the Commission.
And at the legal side the Commission confirmed that it will wait for the resolution of the Appeal Council in the CMC, at the appeal which produced by the Company about the decision of the Complaint and Listening Council which included suspending the license which granted to them, and after the issuance of the Appeal Council decision the Commission will take the legal procedures according to that.
