One of the objectives of CMC upgrading the services level which produced by mobile phones companies, by creating a competitive, developed and organized telecommunications environment and available to all. And the commission is working through voice of consumer department on documentation the complaint of the citizen which regarded to the companies and mobile service providers and monitoring their performance. Where complaints are received by phones which specialized for this service or through it's website on the network.
Also the voice of consumer, working to educate the citizen-the consumer- on necessity and the importance that provided by him, as it represent the active legal guide for the commission regarding to the quality of the services which produced by the mobile service companies. and against which legal actions being taken to avoid any kind of default towards the citizen.
The main complaints mechanism exists that the user contact numbers for the Department of Consumer Voice and the ability to accommodate six lines at the same time. Where the agents - working in the department- enquiring the consumer by asking several questions which have been prepared under a special program allows in gathering the accurate information from the user, which the possibility of taking legal measures through it to monitor the work and performance of service providers companies, and the level of services efficiency provided by it to consumers
